综合治疗在复杂性阑尾炎术后快速康复的临床应用

The Clinical Application of Comprehensive Treatment for Rapid Recovery After Complicated Appendicitis

目的讨论综合治疗在复杂性阑尾炎术后快速康复的临床应用效果。方法现随机选取2015年4月—2016年12月该院收治的82例复杂性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,并分成实验组和对照组各41例,对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,实验组在西医基础上给予中西医结合的综合治疗方法,观察两组患者的住院时间以及首次排气时间等康复指标。结果实验组患者的住院时间以及首次排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在复杂性阑尾炎术后给予综合治疗有利于患者尽快恢复健康,效果良好,可在临床上推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in the rapid complicated appendicitis surgery. Methods 82 cases of patients with complicated appendicitis are randomly selected from April 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital as the research object, and divided into experimental group and control group with 41 cases in each group, the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment, the experimental group was given comprehensive treatment method of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in western medicine on the basis of the recovery index hospitalization time of observation of the two groups of patients, the first exhaust time. Results Ihe hospitalization time of patients in the experimental group, the first exhaust time were shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the complex Comprehensive treatment of miscellaneous appendicitis is beneficial to the recovery of health and good effect as soon as possible. It can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
