系统孕前保健对孕妇妊娠过程及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Prenatal Health Care on Pregnancy Process and Pregnancy Outcomes in Pregnant Women

目的关于孕妇在妊娠全阶段,应用系统孕前保健的价值研究分析。方法选取2016年1月—2017年12月在该院进行产检和分娩的66名孕妇,进行研究,给予所有的产妇常规的孕前保健,之后对于观察组的孕妇再次应用系统性的孕前保健教育,对比分析两组孕妇妊娠过程中,发生的并发症,以及妊娠结局之间的差异性。结果观察组的孕妇经过系统孕前保健措施的应用,该组产妇的妊娠过程出现并发症的人数较少,母婴妊娠结局较为理想,较之于对照组的各项数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统孕前保健手段,在孕妇妊娠阶段的应用效果较好,有助于提前预防对妊娠结局有影响的疾病,促使产妇和新生儿的身体健康。

Objective To analyze the value of pre-pregnancy health care for pregnant women in all stages of pregnancy.Methods Sixty-six pregnant women undergoing childbirth delivery in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and studied. Initially all pregnant women were given regular prenatal care. After that, pregnant women in the observation group were given systematic pre-pregnancy health education again, then the pregnant women in the two groups were compared with their complications that occurred, as well as their pregnancy outcomes. Results The pregnant women in the observation group were treated with systemic pre-pregnancy health care measures. The number of complications in the observation group during the pregnancy was less than the control group. the pregnancy outcome in the observation group was more ideal than the control group. The differences were significant and meaningful(P<0.05). Conclusions The system of pre-pregnancy health care has a good effect in pregnant women during pregnancy stage, which helps to prevent diseases that have an impact on pregnancy outcome in advance and promote the health of mothers and newborns.
