阿托品联用奥美拉唑治疗急性胃炎患者对其症状缓解和康复的影响

Effect of Atropine Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Patients with Acute g Gastritis on Symptom Relief and Rehabilitation

目的分析奥美拉唑联合阿托品治疗急性胃炎对患者症状缓解及康复的影响效果。方法选择该院2014年12月—2016年12月收治的150例急性胃炎患者,随机分成观察组(80例)和对照组(70例),对照组使用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用阿托品治疗,观察两组临床症状缓解时间及不良反应情况。结果观察组疼痛、呕吐、腹泻缓解时间及住院时间分别为(1.63±0.42)h、(0.88±0.04)h、(2.20±0.53)h、(3.32±0.86)d,均显著优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组出现2例头痛,2例口干,2例心悸,不良反应发生率为7.50%(6/80);对照组出现6例头痛,5例口干,5例心悸,不良反应发生率为22.86%(16/70),观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑联合阿托品治疗急性胃炎效果显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective Effect analysis of omeprazole combined with atropine in the treatment of patients with acute gastritis symptom relief and rehabilitation.Methods 150 cases of acute gastritis patients in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2016,were randomly divided into observation group(80 cases) and control group(70 cases),the control group was treated with omeprazole treatment,observation group in the control group on the combined use of atropine in the treatment of observation.Two groups of clinical symptom remission time and adverse reactions.Results The observation group pain,vomiting,diarrhea,response time and hospitalization time were(1.63±0.42)h,(0.88±0.04)h,(2.20±0.53)h,(3.32±0.86) d,were significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance the difference(P<0.05);after treatment,observation group of 2 cases of headache,dry mouth in 2 patients,2 patients with palpitation,adverse reaction rate was 7.50%(6/80);the control group of 6 cases of headache,dry mouth in 5 patients,5 patients with palpitation,the adverse reaction rate was 22.86%(16/70),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with atropine in the treatment of acute gastritis is effective,it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
