四联疗法联合康复新液治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect of quadruple therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of gastric ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori

目的研究幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡接受四联疗法联合康复新液治疗的临床效果。方法选择2015年7月—2017年9月该院收治的幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡患者100例,随机抽签分为观察组、对照组各50例,实施不同治疗,比较效果。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,对照组74.00%;观察组治疗后炎症因子各指标水平均低于对照组;观察组幽门螺杆菌清除率、复发率均优于对照组。结论四联疗法联合康复新液治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃溃疡能够提升治疗效果,减少治疗后复发,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the relationship between Helicobacter pylori gastric ulcer clinical effect of quadruple therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid therapy.Methods 100 cases from July 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric ulcer patients,were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases,the implementation of different treatment results and comparison of results.Results The observation group:the total effective rate was 96.00%,74.00% in the control group;the level of inflammatory factor indexes after treatment in observation group were lower than the control group;the observation group Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,recurrence rate was better than the control group.Conclusion Quadruple therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated gastric The ulcer can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence after treatment.It can be used in clinical application.
