肿瘤康复中应用综合康复治疗的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy in Tumor Rehabilitation

目的研究综合康复治疗对于提升肿瘤康复效果的影响。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月该院肿瘤患者80例,依据康复治疗分为观察组、对照组各40例,其中对照组仅接受常规康复治疗,观察组接受综合康复治疗,比较两组康复效果。结果观察组康复总有效率为90.00%,对照组67.50%;观察组康复治疗后焦虑评分为(7.01±1.14)分,抑郁评分为(10.08±1.17)分,对照组(10.89±2.30)分、抑郁评分(17.45±2.41)分;观察组康复治疗后生活质量各项指标评分均优于对照组。结论综合康复治疗用于肿瘤康复治疗中能够加快康复速度,提升康复效果,可在临床推广。

Objective to study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on improving tumor recovery.Methods From January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital 80 cases of tumor patients,on the basis of rehabilitation treatment is divided into observation group and control group,40 cases of control group only accepted routine rehabilitation therapy,observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,compared two groups of rehabilitation effect.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00% and 67.50% in the control group.The anxiety score of the observation group was(7.01 ±1.14)points and the score of depression was(10.08 ±1.17)points,the control group(10.89 ±2.30)points and the depression score(17.45±2.41)points.The quality of life after the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can accelerate the recovery speed and improve the recovery effect in the clinical promotion.
