口腔健康促进活动对儿童口腔保健行为及知识的影响分析

Influence of oral health promotion activities on children's oral health care behavior and knowledge

目的分析探讨口腔健康促进活动对儿童口腔保健行为及知识的影响。方法选取2017年6月主动参与该院"口腔健康促进活动"的120名儿童作为该次研究的对象,针对所有儿童在"口腔健康促进活动"过程中加强口腔保健行为及知识干预,进一步分析评价活动开展前后儿童在口腔保健行为方面的效果及对相关知识的掌握程度。结果实施活动后,儿童口腔保健行为优良率为95.83%,和实施前的比较明显更高(χ2=12.326,P<0.05)。实施活动后,儿童对口腔保健知识的掌握率为97.50%,和实施前比较明显更高(χ2=12.458,P<0.05)。结论口腔健康促进干预方案的实施,能够改善儿童口腔保健行为,同时提高儿童对口腔保健知识的掌握程度;因此值得采纳及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of oral health promotion activities on children's oral health care behavior and knowledge.Methods 120 children who were actively involved in oral health promotion activities in June 2017 were selected as the object of this study.The oral health behavior and knowledge intervention were strengthened in all children's oral health promotion activities,and the effect of evaluation activities on oral health behavior was further analyzed.Fruit and knowledge of the degree of knowledge.Results After the implementation of activities,the excellent and good rate of children's oral health care behavior 95.83%,was significantly higher than that before implementation(χ2=12.326,P <0.05).After implementation,children's knowledge of oral health was 97.50%,significantly higher than that before implementation(χ2=12.458,P< 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of oral health promotion intervention program can improve children's oral health care behavior and improve children's knowledge of oral health care.Therefore,it is worthy of adoption and application.
