摘要
目的探究对踝关节、足部骨折患者运用多层螺旋CT多平面、三维重建技术实施临床诊断的诊断疗效。方法选取2016年8月—2017年8月该院接收并给予对应治疗措施的踝关节、足部骨折患者40例作为研究样本,均为该院依据相关标准确诊的踝关节、足部骨折患者。收集患者临床诊治相关资料并对其实施整合、分析,给予全部患者多层螺旋CT多平面、三维重建技术实现临床诊断。结果经多层螺旋CT多平面检查处理后,可知该次研究选取的40例踝关节、足部骨折患者存在骨折类型包含外踝、内踝、胫骨下端、跟骨、距骨、骰骨、跖骨、舟骨,对应的病例数分别为2例、2例、3例、27例、1例、2例、4例、2例,对患者运用三维重建技术处理后,能够实现对患者关节范围、骨折块大小及位置移动情况的有效观察。结论对踝关节、足部骨折患者运用多层螺旋CT多平面、三维重建技术实施临床诊断,诊断结果显著,能够为临床上相关后续治疗过程提供可靠、有效的依据。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis of the patients with ankle and foot fractures using multi-slice spiral CT multiplane and three-dimensional reconstruction. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 40 cases of ankle and foot fractures received and given corresponding treatment measures in our hospital were selected as research samples, all of them were diagnosed as ankle and foot fractures according to relevant standards in our hospital. Collect relevant information of patients' clinical diagnosis and treatment, integrate and analyze them, give all patients multi-slice spiral CT multiplanar and three-dimensional reconstruction technology to achieve clinical diagnosis. Results The spiral CT multiplanar check processing, this study selected 40 cases of ankle foot fracture, fracture patients have type contains the lateral, medial malleolus, distal tibia, calcaneus, talus, navicular metatarsal, cuboid, and the number of cases respectively in 2 cases, 2 cases, 3 cases, 27 cases and in 1 cases, 2 cases, 4 cases, 2 cases of patients, using three-dimensional reconstruction techniques after processing, can realize the effective observation of patients with joint range, fracture block size and position of the. Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT multiplanar and three-dimensional reconstruction technique is effective in diagnosing ankle and foot fractures. It can provide reliable and effective evidence for clinical followup treatment.
