优质护理干预对脑栓塞患者神经功能康复的影响评价

Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Neurological Function in Patients with Cerebral Embolism

目的探讨脑栓塞患者应用优质护理干预对神经功能康复的影响。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月收治的80例脑栓塞患者,将其随机分组,给予优质护理干预者设定为观察组,给予常规护理干预者设定为对照组,每组40例患者。结果神经功能缺损(NFA)评分方面,干预后,观察组的评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理满意度方面,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑栓塞患者对症治疗的同时,配合优质护理干预,可有效促进神经缺损功能的康复,从而提高后期生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing intervention on rehabilitation of neurological function in patients with cerebral embolism. Methods 80 patients with cerebral embolism from February 2016 to February were randomly divided into two groups, and the patients were given high quality nursing intervention as the observation group.The routine nursing intervention group was given as the control group, with 40 patients in each group. Results Neurological deficit(NFA) score, the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of cerebral embolism patients with symptomatic treatment, combined with high quality nursing intervention, can effectively promote the rehabilitation of nerve defect function, and thus improve the quality of life in the later period.
