探讨卒中单元治疗在提高脑梗死患者康复效果中的应用价值

To Explore the Application Value of Stroke Unit Therapy in Improving the Rehabilitation Effect of Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨在提高脑梗死患者康复效果中运用卒中单元治疗的价值。方法该次研究对象为重医附一院从2017年2月—2018年3月期间收治的1 000例急性脑梗死患者,将其随机分成两个组,分别为观察组和对照组。予以对照组患者常规治疗,予以观察组患者卒中单元治疗。将两组患者的治疗满意度、康复效果以及住院时间等进行观察和比较。结果经过不同方法治疗后,观察组患者的上下肢运动功能、神经功能缺损评分以及住院时间显著优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率90.6%显著高于对照组75.4%,观察组治疗满意度95.8%显著高于对照组82.4%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在提高脑梗死患者康复效果中运用卒中单元治疗,其效果显著,对患者的上下肢运动功能以及神经功能缺损的改善具有促进作用,能够有效提高患者的治疗效率和治疗满意度,减少住院时间,该治疗方法具有临床重要意义,值得被广泛应用。

Objective to explore the value of stroke unit therapy in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The study object for my heavy physician education a hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 treated 1 000 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction, it is divided into two groups at random, the observation group and control group respectively. The patients in the control group were treated routinely and the patients were treated with stroke unit. The treatment satisfaction, recovery effect and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After different treatments, the observation group of patients with onset of movement function, nerve function defect grade and length of hospital stay was significantly better than the control group, the difference of data with statistical significance(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.6%, significantly higher than 75.4% in the control group, and 95.8% of the observation group were significantly higher than 82.4% in the control group, and the difference in the data was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with cerebral infarction using the stroke unit therapy, the effect is remarkable, the onset of motor function in patients with as well as the improvement of nerve function defect has a promoting effect, can effectively improve the efficiency of patient care and treatment satisfaction, reduce the length of hospital stay, the treatment has important clinical significance, deserves to be widely applied.
