护理干预对激光治疗灰指甲效果的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Laser Treatment of Onychomycosis Effect

目的将护理干预运用在激光治疗灰指甲的护理工作中,探究其应用效果。方法该文实验资料是2015年3月—2017年9月该院治疗和研究的50例灰指甲患者,分组依据为随机数字表法的形式,将常规护理模式纳入到参照组25例患者,将对症护理干预纳入实验组25例患者,计算和分析参照组和实验组患者灰指甲患者有效总统计率、不良反应总统计率、护理服务满意评分。结果数据显示,实验组灰指甲患者有效总统计率高于参照组相关数值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组灰指甲患者不良反应总统计率低于参照组相关数值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组灰指甲患者护理服务满意评分高于参照组相关数值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在激光治疗灰指甲护理工作中开展对症护理干预呈现出较优的临床效果。

Objective To apply nursing intervention to the laser treatment of onychomycosis and to explore its application effects. Methods The experimental data of this article were 50 cases of onychomycosis patients treated and studied in this hospital from March 2015 to September 2017. The groups were grouped according to the random number table method. The routine nursing patterns were included in the reference group of 25 patients. Symptomatic nursing interventions were included in 25 patients in the experimental group. The effective total statistical rate, total adverse reaction statistics, and nursing service satisfaction scores were calculated and analyzed in reference and experimental groups.Results The data showed that the total effective statistical rate of patients with onychomycosis in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total statistical rate of adverse reactions in the onychomycosis patients in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group.The numerical value, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the satisfaction score of the nursing service of the onychomycosis patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The symptomatic nursing intervention in laser treatment of onychomycosis showed excellent clinical results.
