中药外洗剂联合1%硝酸咪康唑软膏治疗角化鳞屑型足癣的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Herbal Lotion Combined with 1% Miconazole Nitrate Ointment in the Treatment of Tinea Pedis with Keratosis and Scales

目的分析探讨中药外洗剂联合1%硝酸咪康唑软膏在用于治疗角化鳞屑型足癣时的效果。方法随机选取该院2016年10月—2017年10月收治的角化鳞屑型足癣患者240例,将其等分为对照组(120例)和观察组(120例),对照组患者采用硝酸咪康唑软膏治疗,观察组在此基础上联合中药外洗剂治疗。结果两组患者在治疗总有效率、治愈率以及症状体征积分、真菌清除率等方面具有着明显差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗剂联合1%硝酸咪康唑软膏对治疗角化鳞屑型足癣效果显著,抗菌效果良好。

Objective To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine external lotion combined with 1% Miconazole Nitrate Ointment in the treatment of tinea pedis with keratosis. Methods 240 cases of keratinized scaly tinea pedis in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into the control group(120 cases) and the observation group(120 cases), the control group was treated with Miconazole Nitrate Ointment, and the observation group combined with the external lotion of Chinese medicine on this basis. Results The two groups were significantly different in the total effective rate, the cure rate, the symptoms and signs integral, the fungal clearance rate, and so on, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese Herbal Lotion combined with 1% Miconazole Nitrate Ointment is effective in the treatment of tinea pedis with keratosis and scales.
