Objective To explore the diagnostic value of MRI and high-frequency ultrasound in lateral collateral ligament injury of ankle joint. Methods 96 cases of suspected lateral collateral ligament injury in our hospital were considered as the subject of study. The time of indusion is from April 2016 to April 2017. All the 96 patients were diagnosed by high-frequency ultrasound and MRI, and the sensitivity and specificity of arthroscopy or surgical exploration for the diagnosis of pathological Results were obtained. Sex and accuracy. Results According to statistics, 96 cases of suspected patients confirmed 55 cases of lateral collateral ligament injury in ankle joint after arthroscopy or surgical exploration, 10 cases with partial torn of anterior peroneal ligament, 25 cases of complete tear, 2 cases with partial torn of the fibula and 5 cases, 5 cases with partial torn of the fibula ligaments with the anterior fibula and the partial rupture of the peroneal ligament. There were 6 cases of tear, 2 cases of partial posterior cruciate ligament tear and 0 cases of complete tear. From the diagnosis of partial tearing and complete tear, MRI and high frequency ultrasound were respectively. The two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The advantages of combined MRI and high frequency ultrasound in the lateral collateral ligament of the ankle were significantly better than the single use of MRI or high frequency ultrasound to improve the diagnostic rate. Therefore, it is worth using and popularizing in the clinical diagnosis.
