小儿手足口疾病的预防与控制措施研究

Prevention and Control Measures for Hand Foot Mouth Disease in Children

目的探究儿手足口疾病的预防与控制措施。方法以2017年1—12月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院治疗的小儿手足口疾病患儿90例作为研究对象,根据临床前瞻性研究原则,采用掷币随机法,将之分为两组,各45例,对照组进行常规小儿手足口病治疗,在此基础上,观察组加强疾病的预防与控制。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,而二代发病率低于对照组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强小儿手足口疾病的预防与控制,能够有效控制患儿病情及疾病的传播,值得采纳应用。

Objective To explore the prevention and control measures of hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods From January to December 2017, 90 children with hand foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital were used as the research object. According to the principle of prospective clinical study, the random method was used to divide them into two groups, 45 cases each, and the control group were treated with regular hand foot and mouth disease. On the other hand, the observation group strengthened the prevention and control of the disease. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the incidence of the two generation was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and control of children's hand foot mouth disease can effectively control the spread of disease and disease, and is worthy of adoption.
