不同麻醉方式对下肢骨科手术患者术后镇痛效果以及排尿方式的影响

Effect of Different Anesthetic Methods on Postoperative Analgesic Effect and Urination Mode of Patients in the Lower Extremities Department of Orthopedics

目的比较不同麻醉方式对下肢骨科手术患者术后镇痛效果以及排尿方式的影响。方法选择2016年11月—2017年11月于该院就诊的下肢骨科手术患者60例,按入院编号随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组进行全身麻醉,观察组给予硬膜外麻醉,对比两组患者术后镇痛效果和排尿方式。结果对照组术后VAS评分高于观察组,镇痛泵使用次数多且自行排尿率低,排尿需留置导尿管,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对下肢骨科手术患者而言,术后采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉可以取得显著的镇痛效果,降低术后VAS评分,且减少镇痛泵的使用次数,提高自行排尿的几率,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective Effect comparison of different anesthesia methods on analgesic effect in patients with lower extremity surgery and Department of orthopedics urination. Methods Lower extremity operation patients in Department of orthopedics from November 2016 to November 2017 November in our hospital, a total of 60 cases, according to the admission number were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group in the observation group were given epidural anesthesia. Anesthesia, compared two groups of patients with postoperative analgesia and urination. Results The observation group VAS score higher than the control group after operation, analgesia pump frequency and voiding rate, urinary indwelling catheter, with statistical significance(P <0.05). Conclusion The lower limb bone Postoperative epidural block anesthesia can achieve significant analgesic effect, reduce postoperative VAS score, reduce the frequency of analgesic pump use, and improve the probability of urination. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
