小儿肺炎应用溴己新和头孢呋辛钠联合治疗对患者临床康复影响分析

The Effect of Combination Therapy of Bromhexine and Ceftiofur Sodium in Children's Pneumonia on the Clinical Rehabilitation of Patients

目的探讨在小儿肺炎治疗中联合应用溴已新及头孢呋辛钠的临床应用效果。方法将该院诊治的小儿肺炎患者98例为研究样本。患儿平均分组为观察组、对照组。观察组患儿以溴已新联合头孢呋辛钠进行治疗,对照组联合应用维生素C及头孢呋辛钠进行治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组中治疗无效患儿共计2例,观察组的治疗有效率为95.95%;对照组中治疗无效患儿共计11例,对照组的治疗有效率为77.55%;观察组的不良反应发生率为10.20%;对照组的不良反应发生率为24.49%;观察组患儿的不良反应发生率低于对照组;观察组患儿的症状消失时间均明显短于对照组。两组资料相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用溴己新及头孢呋辛钠治疗小儿肺炎的疗效确切,并且安全性较高,该治疗方案值得应用并推广。

Methods Our hospital 98 cases of pediatric patients with pneumonia as the research sample. The average packet as the observation group and control group. Results The observation group in the treatment of children with a total of 2 cases were invalid, the effective rate of treatment in observation group was 95.95%; a total of 11 cases of patients who failed treatment control group, the effective rate of treatment group was 77.55%; the adverse reactions of the observation group was 10.20%, The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 24.49%; the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group; the symptom disappearance time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05) Conclusion The combined use of Bromohexine and cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of infantile pneumonia is effective and safe, and it is worth applying and popularizing.
