MR各向同性检查技术对比常规检查技术在踝关节检查中的初步探讨

摘要 目的观察在踝关节检查中采取MR各向同性检查技术和常规检查技术的应用成效。方法该次的88名探究对象均选自该院于2016年1月—2017年12月接收的健康志愿者,将其随机、平均分为观察组和对照组,分别采取常规检查技术和MR各向同性检查技术,观察两组检查状况。结果观察组获得的关节液、关节软骨、肌肉的SNR均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而两组图像质量、伪影差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在图像模糊度上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在踝关节检查中采取MR各向同性检查技术的图像诊断精确率和图像信噪比等均明显优于常规检查技术,充分彰显其价值意义。
