骨折复位外固定器治疗下肢复杂性骨折的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of Fracture Reduction and External Fixator in Treatment of Complex Lower Fracture Fractures

目的分析骨折复位外固定器治疗下肢复杂性骨折的临床价值。方法选取该院于2016年3月—2018年3月收治的64例下肢复杂性骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式进行分组,各32例。对照组患者采取AO钢板固定法治疗,研究组采取骨折复位外固定器治疗。对比分析2种治疗固定法的临床疗效。结果经固定治疗后,研究组的优良率(93.75%)显著高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其不良反应总发生率(6.26%)显著低于对照组(21.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对下肢复杂性骨折患者采取骨折复位外固定器治疗,可有效提高其愈合率,加快其康复速度,效果显著,值得大力推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of external fixation with fracture reduction in the treatment of complex fractures of the lower extremities. Methods A total of 64 patients with complex fractures of the lower extremities admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects and randomized into groups of 32 patients. Patients in the control group were treated with AO plate fixation, and the study group was treated with fracture reduction external fixators. The clinical effects of 2 kinds of treatment fixed methods were compared and analyzed.Results After the fixed treatment, the excellent rate of the study group(93.75%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05); the total incidence of adverse reactions(6.26%) was significantly lower than the control group(21.88%),the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with complex fractures of the lower extremity with fracture reduction external fixator can effectively improve the healing rate, accelerate the speed of recovery, and has a significant effect. It is worth promoting.
