三踝关节骨折采用改良后外侧入路联合内侧入路临床疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Three Improved Posterior Lateral Approach Combined With Medial Approach for Ankle Fracture

目的探讨三踝关节骨折采用改良后外侧入路联合内侧入路治疗临床效果。方法对该院骨科2014年3月—2017年2月期间收治46例三踝关节骨折患者临床诊疗资料进行分析,患者均采用改良后外侧入路联合内侧入路手术方案治疗,诊疗过程中记录患者情况,并对患者术后1年进行回访。结果所有患者手术均顺利进行,术中无意外;踝关节恢复优良率为91.3%;随访期间患者中未发生创伤性关节炎、踝关节不稳等并发症。结论改良后外侧入路联合内侧入路治疗三踝关节骨折,临床治疗效果显著,患者术后骨折恢复情况良好,术后并发症少,有临床推广应用价值。

Objective to explore the clinical effect of modified posterior lateral approach combined with medial approach in the treatment of three ankle fractures. Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with three ankle fractures in the Department of orthopedics of our hospital from March 2014 to February 2017 were analyzed. The patients were treated with the modified lateral approach combined with the medial approach, and the patients were recorded during the diagnosis and treatment, and the patients were visited one year after the operation. Results All patients were performed successfully, without accident; the good recovery rate of ankle joint was 91.3%, and there were no complications such as traumatic arthritis and ankle instability during the follow-up period. Conclusion The modified lateral approach combined with medial approach in the treatment of three ankle fractures is effective in clinical treatment. The recovery of fracture after operation is good and the postoperative complications are less. It has clinical application value.
