中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by TCM

目的探究中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2017年12月该院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者68例,将其随机分成两组,研究组34例,对照组34例。两组患者均接受糖尿病的基础治疗,将血糖控制在正常的范围内。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用中医治疗,疗程为8周,测定并记录两组患者的HbA1c(糖化血红蛋白)、FPG(空腹血糖)、2 hFPG(餐后2 h血糖)、HOMA-IR(胰岛素抵抗指数)和FINS(空腹胰岛素)水平。结果从治疗效果方面看,两组患者治疗后的HbA1c、FPG、2 hFPG、HOMA-IR和FINS较治疗前均有显著的改善(P<0.05),研究组治疗后各项指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过采用中医治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者,可以改善患者的各种临床症状和体征,消除感觉障碍和肢体麻木,减轻患者的痛苦,而且在更大程度上保护神经组织,促进新陈代谢,改善血液的淤滞和神经末梢缺血缺氧的状态,促进恢复,值得在临床上广泛推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
