延续性护理在糖尿病足合并感染风险中的应用价值

The Value of Continuous Nursing in the Risk of Diabetic Foot Co-Infection

目的分析延续性护理在糖尿病足合并感染风险中的应用价值。方法选择2015年4月—2018年4月该院收治的90例糖尿病足并感染患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予延续性护理,比较两组血糖水平及幸福指数。结果两组患者空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平降低(P<0.05),同时,两组护理后社会参与度和依从性评分增高,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理可有效降低血糖水平,提高患者社会参与度和依从性,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the value of continuation nursing in the risk of diabetic foot co-infection. Methods Clinical data of 90 patients with diabetic foot infection from April 2015 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given continuous care. Group blood glucose levels and happiness index. Results The fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose levels were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05). At the same time, the social participation and compliance scores after nursing in the two groups were increased, compared with the pre-intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the observation group was higher than Control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuative nursing can effectively reduce blood glucose levels, improve the degree of social participation and compliance of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
