中药足浴治疗糖尿病足疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Foot Bath for Diabetic Foot Treatment

目的探究中药足浴治疗糖尿病足的临床效果。方法以2017年1—3月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院治疗的糖尿病足患者90例作为研究对象,根据临床前瞻性研究原则,采用掷币随机法,将之分为两组,各45例,在常规内科治疗基础上,对照组进行温水足浴,观察组进行中药足浴,对比两组治疗效果。结果在治疗总有效率上,观察组为88.89%,对照组为71.11%,明显低于观察组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足患者治疗中采用中药足浴疗法,疗效显著,值得在临床实践中采纳应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of foot bath with traditional Chinese medicine on diabetic foot.Methods From January to March 2017, 90 cases of diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital were taken as research subjects. According to the principle of clinical prospective study, the randomized method of coin throwing was divided into two groups, 45 cases each, on the basis of conventional medical treatment, the control group was treated with warm water foot bath and observation group. The Chinese medicine foot bath was carried out to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results In the total effective rate of treatment, the observation group was 88.89% and the control group was 71.11%, which was significantly lower than the observation group. The data of the two groups were significantly different, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Foot bath therapy is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot. It is worthy of clinical practice.
