孕期保健对高龄产妇并发症及妊娠结局的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Pregnancy Health Care on the Complications and Pregnancy Outcome of the Elderly Women

目的探究孕期保健对高龄产妇并发症及妊娠结局的影响。方法将收治于该院96例高龄产妇视为研究对象,纳入时间为2016年4月—2017年4月,以产检结果为参照划分为对照组及观察组,各组48例;对照组产妇实行常规指导,观察组产妇实行孕期保健,对比两组高龄产妇并发症发生率及妊娠结局。结果从并发症发生率指标来看,观察组与对照组分别为22.92%及2.08%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从妊娠结局指标来看,对照组与观察组自然分娩、剖宫产、难产及死胎各项指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄产妇实行孕期保健的效果显著,能大大降低并发症发生率改变妊娠结局,有利于产儿健康成长。因此值得在临床领域使用及推广。

Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy health care on the complications and pregnancy outcomes of elderly women. Methods 96 elderly parturients treated in our hospital were treated as the subjects. the inclusion times is from April 2016 to April 2017. Conclusion The effect of gestational health care for elderly parturient is remarkable, which can greatly reduce the incidence of complications and change the outcome of pregnancy, which is conducive to the healthy growth of the pregnant women. Therefore, it is worth using and popularizing in the clinical field.
