中医薰药治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of TCM Fumigation on Diabetic Lower Extremity Vascular Disease

目的探究中医薰药治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床效果。方法选择于2016年4月—2017年4月进入该院内分泌科治疗的102例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将所有患者划分为对照组及观察组,每组51例;对照组患者予以常规治疗,观察组予以中医薰药治疗,对比2组患者的治疗有效率及ABI值。结果经治疗,对照组与观察组治疗有效率分别为76.47%及96.08%二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,对照组与观察组治疗前后ABI值二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病下肢血管病变予以中医薰药治疗的效果良好,能明显提高治疗有效率改善临床症状。因此值得在临床治疗中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM fumigation in treating diabetic lower extremity vascular disease. Methods 102 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease treated from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research object. All patients were divided into control group and observation group, 51 cases were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table method. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine, and the 2 groups were compared. The effective rate of treatment and the ABI value of the patients. Results After treatment, the difference between the control group and the observation group was 76.47% and 96.08% two, respectively. The 2 groups had statistical significance(P<0.05). The control group was significantly different from the ABI two in the observation group before and after the treatment, and the 2 groups had the significance of unified planning(P<0.05). Conclusion the Treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease by TCM fumigation is effective, which can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment and improve the clinical symptoms. Therefore, it is worth using and popularizing in clinical treatment.
