临床健康教育路径在甲亢患者康复中的价值探析

摘要 目的观察使用临床路径对甲状腺功能亢进患者健康教育的应用效果。方法选取该院2016年1月—2017年1月78例甲状腺功能亢进患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组使用传统教育方法,观察组使用临床健康教育路径,比较两组患者教育前后疾病知识掌握状况及医生满意度。结果观察组达标率为94.87%,医生满意度为97.44%,对照组达标率为76.92%,医生满意度为82.05%,两组差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论根据临床健康教育路径对甲状腺功能亢进患者进行健康教育,可有效提升教育效果,提升教育质量,临床应用及推广价值及高。 Objective To observe the application of clinical pathway in the health education of patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods 78 Patients with hyperthyroidism from January 2016 to January 2017 were collected, according to the randomized digital table method, the observation group and the control group were divided into two groups. The control group used the traditional education method, the observation group used the clinical Health education path, compared two groups of patients before and after education disease knowledge and physician statisfaction. Results The target rate of the observation group was 94.87%, the satisfaction of physician was 97.44%, the standard rate of control group was76.92%, the satisfaction of physician was 82.05%, the difference between the two groups was obvious, Statistically significant(P﹤0.05), the observation group hospitalization expenses and average hospitalization days compared with the control group have significant differences, with statistical significance(P ﹤ 0.05). Conclusion The health education of patients with hyperthyroidism according to the pathway of clinical health education can effectively improve the educational effect, improve the quality of education, and promote the value of clinical application and promotion.
