外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板与双支持钢板治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效对比

Treatment of Complex Tibial Plateau Fractures with Lateral Locking Plate Combined with Medial Support Plate and Double Support Plate

目的在复杂胫骨平台骨折患者中分别应用外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板与双支持钢板进行治疗,比较分析治疗效果。方法将2016年1月—2018年4月作为研究时间段,在该时间段中从该院选取100例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者进行探究分析,随机分成对照组与观察组,各50例,将双支持钢板应用在对照组中,将外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板应用到观察组中,比较两组患者的手术情况、完全负重情况、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况以及治疗优良率。结果对照组和观察组患者的手术情况和术后并发症发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复杂胫骨平台骨折患者的完全负重和骨折愈合时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在复杂胫骨平台骨折患者中应用外侧锁定钢板联合内侧支持钢板的治疗效果显著,在促进患者骨折愈合的同时缩短了完全负重的时间,且具有较好的安全性,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of lateral locking plate combined with medial support plate and double support plate in patients with complex tibial plateau fracture. Methods From January 2016 to April 2018, 100 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were selected from our hospital and were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=50) and observation group(n=50). Double support plate was applied in control group, and lateral locking plate combined with medial support plate was applied to the observation group. The operation, total weight loading, fracture healing time and complications were compared between the two groups. Condition and excellent rate of treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the operation and postoperative complications between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05), and the complete weight loading and fracture healing time of the patients with complex tibial plateau fracture in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The lateral locking plate combined with medial support plate is effective in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture. It can promote the healing of the fracture and shorten the time of full weight loading. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
