静脉注射异丙酚复合液在骨科下肢麻醉前镇痛效果观察

Observation on the Analgesic Effect of Intravenous Propofol Compound Liquid Before Anaesthesia of Orthopedic Lower Extremity

目的探讨骨科下肢麻醉前静脉注射异丙酚复合液进行镇痛的效果。方法选取该院2016—2017年收治的150例骨科下肢手术进行治疗,按照随机方式分组,对照组静脉注射0.9%的氯化钠注射液,观察组静脉注射异丙酚复合液,对两组患者的镇痛效果进行分析对比。结果干预前两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后观察组VAS评分和满意度评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科下肢麻醉前静脉注射异丙酚复合液对患者疼痛的改善较为明显,减轻患者的疼痛感,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of intravenous injection of propofol compound before anaesthesia of the lower extremity of orthopaedics. Methods 150 cases of Orthopaedic lower extremity surgery treated in our hospital from 2016 to 2017 were selected for treatment. In the control group, 0.9 % sodium chloride injection was injected intravenously. In the observation group, propofol compound was injected intravenously. The analgesic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There was no difference in VAS score between the two groups before intervention(P<0.05), the VAS score and satisfaction score of the observation group after the intervention were significantly better than those of the control group, with differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ntravenous injection of propofol compound solution before lower limb anesthesia in orthopaedic department can obviously improve the pain of patients and alleviate the pain of patients. It can be widely used in clinic.
