股骨颈骨折是老年人的一种常见疾病,随着人口的老龄化,发病率呈逐年增长的趋势。近年来,如何有效地治疗老年股骨颈骨折已经成了临床上亟待解决的问题,临床上越来越倾向于手术治疗,全髋关节置换术逐渐应用于老年股骨颈骨折治疗中,患者术后功能恢复良好,并且返修率低,而减少对患者的创伤、提高疗效、加速康复、避免二次手术也成为手术关注的重点,因此微创全髋关节置换术概念被提出来,并成了具有代表性的一项新技术,在老年股骨颈骨折的治疗中获得肯定的疗效。现将微创全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的研究进展进行综述。
