Prevention of Lower Llimb Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Hip Fracture

目的探究髋部骨折患者并发下肢静脉血栓的临床预防方法及效果。方法选择于2016年8月—2017年8月进入该院骨科治疗的98例髋部骨折患者为研究主体对象,利用随机数字表法将所有患者划分为对照组及观察组,各组均为49例;对照组患者仅给予髋部骨折手术,观察组患者在给予髋部骨折手术的基础上,加强预防干预措施的实施,进一步对比2组患者的下肢静脉血栓发生情况。结果 (1)观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率为4.08%,明显低于对照组的26.53%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)经积极预防干预,对照组与观察组干预满意度分别为61.22%、95.92%;观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对髋部骨折患者,在采取髋部骨折手术积极治疗的基础上,配合有效的预防干预措施,能大大降低下肢静脉血栓的发生率;因此,预防干预措施方案值得使用及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical preventive methods and effects of lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with hip fracture. Methods From August 2016 to August 2017, 98 patients with hip fracture who were admitted to the orthopedics department of our hospital were selected as the subjects. All patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, each group was 49 cases;the control group was only given hip fracture surgery, while the observation group was given hip fracture surgery. On the basis of strengthening the implementation of preventive interventions, the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis was further compared between the two groups. Results(1) The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the observation group was 4.08%, significantly lower than that in the control group(26.53%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) After active preventive intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the control group and the observation group were 61.22% and 95.92%, respectively;the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice, the incidence of venous thrombosis in lower extremities can be greatly reduced by taking effective preventive measures on the basis of active surgical treatment of hip fracture, so the preventive intervention program is worthy of being used and popularized.
