妊娠和分娩对盆底功能的影响及早期盆底康复治疗近期效果观察

Effect of Pregnancy and Childbirth on Pelvic Floor Function and Early Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

目的探究妊娠及分娩对盆底功能的影响,观察早期盆底康复治疗近期效果。方法选择于2016年3月—2017年3月键入该院妇产科分娩的98例产妇为研究主体对象,结合分娩方式差异性将阴道顺产产妇划分为对照组、将剖宫产产妇划分为观察组,各组49例;对比分析2组产妇的盆底功能,评估实行早期盆底康复治疗的近期效果。结果 2组产妇分娩结束后其疲劳程度呈明显上升趋势且其阴道压力、盆底肌力呈明显下降趋势,2组数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经康复治疗,产妇治疗前后盆底肌力及肌电压各项指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠及分娩一定程度上影响产妇盆底功能,造成产妇盆底肌力及阴道压力被削弱,大大增加产妇肌肉疲劳程度,而实行早期盆底康复治疗能改善肌肉疲劳状态增强肌电压及盆底肌力,值得在临床领域中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the effect of pregnancy and delivery on pelvic floor function and observe the short-term effect of early pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy. Methods From March 2016 to March 2017, 98 parturients who were typed into the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. According to the difference of delivery mode, vaginal parturients were divided into control group and cesarean section parturients were divided into observation group with 49 cases in each group. The short-term effect of treatment. Results After delivery, the fatigue degree of the two groups showed an obvious upward trend and the vaginal pressure and pelvic floor muscle strength showed a significant downward trend, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after rehabilitation treatment, the indexes of pelvic floor muscle strength and muscle voltage of the two groups were significantly different. Conclusion Pregnancy and delivery affect the pelvic floor function to some extent, weaken the pelvic floor muscle strength and vaginal pressure, and greatly increase the degree of maternal muscle fatigue. Early pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy can improve the muscle fatigue state and enhance the muscle voltage and pelvic floor muscle strength, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
