社区保健与康复指导对慢性病的护理干预效果探讨

Effect of Community Health Care and Rehabilitation Guidance on Nursing Intervention for Chronic Diseases

目的分析评价社区保健与康复指导对慢性病的护理干预效果。方法该次采取随机盲选法,将该社区在2017年1月—2018年1月收治的80例慢性病患者分成两组,每组40例;其中,对照组患者采取常规护理方法 ,观察组患者则在护理干预过程中加强社区保健及康复指导,进一步比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理干预总有效率为95.00%,与对照组的72.50%比较明显更高,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区保健与康复指导对慢性病的护理干预效果显著,因此值得采纳及使用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of community health care and rehabilitation guidance on nursing intervention for chronic diseases. Methods 80 patients with chronic diseases admitted to our community from January2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups randomly and blindly, with an average of 40 cases in each group.Effect. Results The total effective rate of nursing intervention in the observation group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.50%). There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention effect of community health care and rehabilitation guidance on chronic diseases is remarkable, so it is worth adopting and using.
