心理康复护理对康复期精神分裂症患者效果研究

Effect of Psychological Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Schizophre-nia in Rehabilitation Period

目的探究心理康复护理对康复期精神分裂症患者的应用效果。方法选择于2016年4月—2017年4月进入该院精神科治疗的102例康复期精神分裂症患者为研究主体对象,利用随机数字表法将所有患者划分为对照组及观察组,各组51例;对照组患者实行常规康复护理,观察组患者实行心理康复护理,对比2组患者的焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分及用药依从性。结果经护理,对照组与观察组护理前后焦虑量表评分及抑郁量表评分2项指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理,对照组与观察组用药依从性分别为74.51%及94.12%,二者相比差异较为显著,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复期精神分裂症患者实行心理康复护理的效果显著,能明显改善紧张焦虑等负性情绪提高用药依从性,有利于机体康复更快融入社会,值得在临床护理中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological rehabilitation nursing on patients with schizophrenia in convalescence. Methods 102 convalescent schizophrenic patients admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects. All the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The anxiety scale, depression scale and medication compliance between the 2 groups were compared. Results After nursing, there were significant differences in anxiety scale score and Depression Scale score between the control group and the observation group before and after nursing,with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological rehabilitation nursing for convalescent schizophrenia patients has a remarkable effect. It can obviously improve the negative emotions such as tension and anxiety and improve the compliance of medication. It is conducive to faster integration of body rehabilitation into society. It is worthy of being used and popularized in clinical nursing.
