糖尿病足溃疡采用中药内服外洗的整体效果分析

Analysis of the Overall Effect of Diabetic Foot Ulcers Treated with Chinese Medicine and Oral Administration

目的分析糖尿病足溃疡采用中药内服外洗的整体效果。方法 2016年1月—2017年6月,选取160例糖尿病足溃疡患者参加该研究。随机分为对照组和观察组。两组均给予复方黄柏液外洗。观察组加用黄芪汤内服。观察两组治疗效果、中医证候评分、创面面积和深度评分、疼痛程度评分、内皮素(ET)、血栓烷素B2(TXB2)、一氧化氮(NO)。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后中医证候评分、创面面积和深度评分、疼痛程度评分显著好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后ET、TXB2,NO水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足溃疡采用中药内服外洗的整体效果明显,可改善临床症状,促进创面愈合,恢复血管内皮功能。

Objective To analyze the overall effect of oral and external use of Chinese medicine on diabetic foot ulcers.Methods From January 2016 to June 2017, 160 patients with diabetic foot ulcers participated in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The two groups were treated with Compound Cortex Phellodendron liquid. The observation group was added with Astragalus decoction. The treatment effect, TCM syndrome score, wound area and depth score, pain degree score, endothelin(ET), thromboxane B2(TXB2) and nitric oxide(NO)were observed in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome, wound area and depth, and pain degree in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of ET, TXB2 and NO in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic foot ulcer treated with traditional Chinese medicine can improve clinical symptoms, promote wound healing and restore vascular endothelial function.
