摘要
目的分析改良型Mc Bride矫形手术治疗足拇外翻的效果。方法选择该院自2017年1月—2018年5月收治的55例足拇外翻患者,将其随机分为2组,对照组27例给予chevron截骨+踇收肌截断+踇囊L型切开后修补术,观察组28例给予改良型Mc Bride矫形手术,对比两组手术效果。结果观察组患者优良率为96.43%明显高于对照组74.07%,相对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论足拇指外翻者采用改良型Mc Bride矫形手术治疗疗效较好,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified Mc Bride orthopedics on the treatment of valgus hallux valgus.Methods Select our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were of 55 patients with hallux valgus foot, will be randomly divided into 2 groups, 22 cases in the control group were treated with chevron osteotomy and amputation of the great adductor muscle, 23 cases of observation group gives the improved Mc Bride orthopaedic surgery, compared two groups of operation effect. Results The excellent and good rate was 96.43% in the observation group, significantly higher than 74.07% in the control group,the difference was statistically signficant(P<0.05). Conclusion The modified Mc Bride orthopaedic surgery is effective and worth using for reference.
