中药丹参治疗冠心病的药理成分及作用分析

Analysis of Pharmacological Components and Effects of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in Treating Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析中药丹参治疗冠心病的药理成分及作用。方法采用实验性小白鼠为研究对象,对丹参粉末萃取有效成分后,灌注到小白鼠心肌细胞中,为期2 d,之后对丹参的主要成分以及作用进行总结分析。结果该文研究显示,丹参主要含有两大类药理成分,即水溶性酚酸类和脂溶性丹参酮类等成分,前者主要包括异阿魏酸、熊果酸、丹参酸C、丹参酸B、丹参素等;后者主要包括丹参酸甲酸、异隐丹参酮、异丹参酮、羟基丹参酮、隐丹参酮、丹参酮V、丹参酮ⅡB、丹参酮ⅡA、丹参酮Ⅰ等十余种。针对冠心病,丹参的治疗机理主要包括抑制炎症反应、抗氧化、清除自由基,调节钙离子代谢,抗动脉粥样硬化、降血脂,改善心肌缺血、抑制血小板凝集、抗血栓形成、扩张血管等。结论针对冠心病采用丹参治疗十分有效,且无严重毒副作用,因此值得进行进一步的研究和分析。

Objective To analyze the pharmacological components and effects of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in the treatment of coronary heart disease. Methoes The experimental mice were used as the research object. After extracting the active ingredients from the powder of Salvia miltiorrhiza, they were perfused into the myocardial cells of mice for 2 days.Then the main components and effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza were summarized and analyzed. Results The study showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza mainly contains two kinds of pharmacological components, namely water-soluble phenolic acids and fat-soluble tanshinones, the former mainly includes isoferulic acid, ursolic acid, tanshinic acid C, tanshinic acid B,tanshinone, etc. The latter mainly includes tanshinic acid formic acid, isocryptotanshinone, isotanshinone, hydroxytanshinone, etc. Cryptotanshinone, tanshinone V, tanshinone II B, tanshinone II A, tanshinone I and so on. For coronary heart disease, Salvia miltiorrhiza can inhibit inflammation, antioxidation, scavenge free radicals, regulate calcium metabolism,resist atherosclerosis, reduce blood lipids, improve myocardial ischemia, inhibit platelet aggregation, resist thrombosis,and dilate blood vessels. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza is very effective in treating coronary heart disease without serious side effects, so it is worth further study and analysis.
