早期护理干预对膝关节骨折术后关节功能康复护理的效果观察

Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Joint Function After Knee Fracture Operation

目的探讨早期护理干预对膝关节骨折术后关节功能康复护理的效果。方法收集该院2017年3月—2018年6月90例膝关节骨折术患者,随机分组,对照组予基本护理,干预组予早期护理。比较两组满意率;关节功能好转的时间、膝关节骨折康复锻炼的依从性;护理前后膝关节功能情况、下肢功能、独立生活能力;护理缺陷。结果干预组满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组关节功能好转的时间、膝关节骨折康复锻炼的依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组膝关节功能情况、下肢功能、独立生活能力相似,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后干预组膝关节功能情况、下肢功能、独立生活能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理缺陷低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节骨折术者实施早期护理效果好,可改善膝关节功能情况、下肢功能、独立生活能力,减少护理缺陷。

Objective To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of joint function for knee fracture. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients undergoing knee fracture surgery in our hospital from March2017 to June 2018 were collected, randomly divided into two groups, the control group received basic care, and the intervention group received early care. The satisfaction rates of the two groups were compared. The time of improvement of joint function and the compliance of rehabilitation exercise for knee fracture;Knee joint function, lower limb function and independent living ability before and after nursing;Nursing deficiencies. Results The satisfaction rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time of improvement of joint function in the intervention group and the compliance of rehabilitation exercise for knee fracture were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The knee joint function,lower limb function and independent living ability of the two groups were similar before nursing, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The post-nursing intervention group had better knee joint function, lower limb function and independent living ability than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Nursing defects in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Early nursing effect of knee fracture operators is good, which can improve knee function, lower limb function, independent living ability and reduce nursing defects.
