中年妇女常见妇科疾病的临床探析及保健方法分析

Clinical Analysis and Health Care Analysis of Common Gynecological Diseases in Middle-aged Women

目的研究探讨中年妇女常见妇科疾病的临床探析及保健方法。方法选取该院自2016年8月—2017年12月收治的中年妇科疾病患者90例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均进行常规治疗,观察组患者在常规的基础上应用保健护理,分析患者的临床病症,比较两组妇女的治疗效果。结果 90例患者妇科炎症患者42例,盆腔器官脱垂患者17例,尿失禁患者13例,良性肿瘤患者18例。其中观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组患者,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的复发率低于对照组,观察组患者满意度高于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中年妇女常见的妇科疾病较多,妇科炎症居首位,其次便是妇科良性肿瘤及盆腔器官脱垂。给予患者治疗后再给予保健护理,能够提高患者的治疗有效率,应用价值较高,值得医院推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical analysis and health care methods of common gynecological diseases in middle-aged women. Methods 90 patients with middle-aged gynecological diseases admitted to our hospital from August2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Both groups were treated routinely. The observation group was based on routine routine. Apply health care, analyze the clinical symptoms of patients, and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups of women. Results There were 42 patients with gynecological inflammation, 17 patients with pelvic organ prolapse, 13 patients with urinary incontinence, and 18 patients with benign tumors. Among them, the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Middle-aged women have more common gynecological diseases, and gynecological inflammation ranks first, followed by gynecological benign tumors and pelvic organ prolapse.Giving patients treatment and then giving health care can improve the patient’s treatment efficiency, and the application value is high, which is worthy of hospital promotion.
