神经内科护理中对脑卒中康复护理的临床浅析

目的探究神经内科护理中脑卒中患者实行康复护理的临床效果。方法选择于2016年3月—2017年3月进入该院神经内科治疗的98例脑卒中患者为研究主体对象,利用随机数字表法将所有患者划分为对照组及观察组,每组49例;对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者实行康复护理,对比2组患者的康复效果及ADL评分。结果经护理,对照组与观察组治疗有效率分别为75.51%及93.88%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理,对照组与观察组护理前后ADL评分各项指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科中脑卒中患者实行康复护理的效果良好,能明显提高治疗有效率改善生活质量,值得在临床护理中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients in neurology department.Methods 98 cerebral apoplexy patients who entered the neurology department of our hospital from March 2016 to March2017 were selected as the main subjects. Using the random digital table method, all the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The patients in the observation group were treated with rehabilitation nursing, and the patients in the 2 groups were compared. Compound effect and ADL score. Results After nursing, the difference between the control group and the observation group was 75.51% and 93.88% two respectively. The 2 groups difference were(P<0.05). After nursing, the control group was significantly different from the ADL scores before and after the observation group, and the 2 groups had statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation nursing in the patients with cerebral apoplexy in the neurology department is good. It can obviously improve the treatment efficiency and improve the quality of life. It is worth using and popularize
