婴幼儿时期营养性疾病的营养保健防治与干预 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析探讨婴幼儿时期营养性疾病的营养防治与干预措施和效果。方法对2018年1—4月成都高新区中和社区卫生服务中心儿保门诊接诊的0~3周岁足月非低体重婴儿儿保体检资料进行回顾性分析,总结婴幼儿发生轻度营养性疾病的主要原因与临床表现,并提出营养防治与干预的方法。结果造成婴幼儿轻度营养不良的高危因素主要有母亲营养知识缺乏、婴幼儿喂养方式不当、辅食添加不合理、婴幼儿消化吸收障碍等。结论针对婴幼儿发生营养不良的原因并进行营养防治与干预可有效改善婴幼儿的营养状况,减少营养性缺乏性疾病的发生。 Objective To analyze and discuss nutrition prevention, intervention measures and effects of infant nutrition diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the physical examination data of 0-3 full-term non-low-weight infants in chengdu high-tech zone and community health care clinics from January 2018 to Apirl 2018. The main causes and clinical manifestations of mild nutritional diseases in infants were summarized, and the methods of nutrition prevention and intervention were proposed. Results In infants and young children with mild malnutrition main risk factors of maternal nutrition knowledge, improper for infant and young child feeding way and assist food add unreasonable, baby digestion and absorption, obstacles. Conclusion Nutrition for the cause of malnutrition in infants in prevention and intervention can effectively improve the nutritional status of the infant, reducing the occurrence of the nutritional lack sex disease.
