中药健脾益肾汤在常规化疗基础上对老年晚期胃癌患者的治疗疗效观察

The Rapeutic Effect of Jianpi Yishen Decoction on Elderly Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer on the Basis of Routine Chemotherapy

目的观察中药健脾益肾汤在常规化疗基础上对老年晚期胃癌患者的临床治疗效果。方法抽取该院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的70例胃癌晚期患者进行研究,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采取常规化疗方案;观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上增加健脾益肾汤。对比两组患者的近期疗效及治疗前后的中医症候积分变化情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率68.57%高于对照组的治疗总有效率40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年胃癌患者采取中药健脾益肾汤联合常规化疗方案,取得了显著的临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,值得广泛应用于临床。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishen decoction(JBYD) on elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer on the basis of routine chemotherapy. Methods 70 patients from January 2017 to January 2018 with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 35 cases each. The control group was treated with routine chemotherapy, while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yishen decoction. To compare the short-term curative effect and the change of TCM symptom score before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 68.57% higher than that in the control group(40.00%),the different wasstatistically significant(P<0.05), and the symptom score of the observation group was obvious after treatment. It was lower than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Yishen decoction combined with conventional chemotherapy has achieved remarkable clinical effect and improved the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with gastric cancer. It is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
