中药熏洗在痔疮术后康复中的应用研究

Application of Chinese Medicine Fumigation inPostoperative Rehabilitation of Hemorrhoids

目的探究中药熏洗在痔疮术后康复中的应用效果。方法选择于2016年5月—2017年5月进入该院消化内科实行手术治疗的98例痔疮患者为研究主体对象,利用双盲法将所有患者划分为对照组及观察组,各组49例;对照组患者实行常规术后康复,观察组患者实行中药熏洗康复,对比2组患者的治疗有效率及术后疼痛评分。结果经治疗,对照组与观察组治疗有效率分别为75.51%及93.88%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,对照组与观察组术后1、3 d及术后5 d疼痛评分各项指标相比差异较为明显,2组数据对比差异有统计学意义。结论痔疮术后康复实行中药熏洗的效果良好,不止能提高治疗有效率,更能减轻术后疼痛感,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine fumigation in postoperative rehabilitation of hemorrhoids. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 98 patients with hemorrhoids who had been admitted to the Department of digestive medicine of our hospital for surgical treatment were selected as the subjects of study. All patients were divided into control group and observation group by double-blind method, 49 cases in each group. The effective rate of treatment and postoperative pain score were compared. Results After treatment, the effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 75.51% and 93.88% respectively. The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the pain scores of the control group and the observation group were significantly different from each other on the first day, the third day and the fifth day after the operation, and the number of the two groups was significant. Statistically significant. Conclusion Chinese herbal fumigation has a good effect on postoperative rehabilitation of hemorrhoids. It can not only improve the treatment efficiency, but also reduce postoperative pain. It is worthy of application and promotion in the field of clinical treatment.
