综合保健指导对儿童早期发育的影响分析

Influence of Comprehensive Health Guidance on Early Childhood Development

目的探究综合保健指导对儿童早期发育的影响。方法以2017年1—12月为研究时间段,将该时间段该院接收的100例待检儿童纳入研究,按照临床研究的前瞻性原则,采用双盲随机法,将之均分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组给予常规保健指导,观察组给予综合保健指导,对比两组儿童早期发育情况。结果观察组在语言发育、运动发育、个人社交及适应性这4个指标上的评分均高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在家长满意度上,观察组为96.00%,显著高于对照组的78.00%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对家长进行综合保健指导,可促进儿童早期发育,促进其身心健康成长,值得采纳应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive health guidance on early childhood development. Methods From January 2017 to December 2017, 100 cases of children to be examined in our hospital were included in the study.According to the prospective principle of clinical research, the children were divided into control group and observation group equally by double blind random method. 50 cases in each group were given routine health care guidance in the control group and comprehensive health care in the observation group. To guide and compare the early development of two groups. Results The scores of language development, motor development, personal social intercourse and adaptability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive health care guidance for parents can promote the early development of children and promote their physical and mental health, which is worthy of adoption and application.
