解郁活血方联合西药在焦虑症患者中的应用及对心理波动的影响

Application of Jieyu Huoxue Recipe Combined with Western Medicine in Anxiety Disorders and its Effect on Psychological Fluctuation

目的探讨解郁活血方联合西药在焦虑症患者中的临床效果及对心理波动的影响。方法选择2016年4月—2018年1月治疗的焦虑症患者52例作为对象,电脑抽取随机数法分为对照组(n=26)和观察组(n=26)。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合解郁活血方治疗,8周治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组临床效果。结果两组治疗前强迫、抑郁、敌对及焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后8周强迫、抑郁、敌对及焦虑评分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将解郁活血方联合西药用于焦虑症患者中能减轻患者的心理波动,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jieyu Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine in anxiety patients and its influence on psychological fluctuation. Methods 52 patients with anxiety disorder treated from April 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: control group(n=26) and observation group(n=26).The control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group was treated with Jieyu Huoxue recipe on the basis of the control group, and the clinical effect was evaluated after 8 weeks of treatment, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of obsessive-compulsion, depression, hostility and anxiety were not statistically significant in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). The scores of obsessive compulsion, depression, hostility and anxiety 8 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Jieyu Huoxue prescription combined with western medicine can alleviate the psychological fluctuation of anxiety patients and is worth popularizing.
