优质护理对原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围手术期应用效果的影响

Effect of Quality Nursing on Perioperative Application of Primary Varicose Veins of Lower Extremity

目的观察优质护理对原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围手术期应用效果。方法选取2015年3月—2018年3月该院收治的120例确诊为原发性下肢静脉曲张患者,随机分成两组,对照组60例常规护理,研究组60例优质护理,比较两组患者临床症状缓解时间及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者临床症状小腿麻木感消退时间(3.25±1.06)月、溃疡面消失时间(1.76±2.14)周、皮下血肿消失时间(2.36±1.23)周比对照组用时短,且并发症发生率3.33%比对照组低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性下肢静脉曲张患者围手术期运用优质护理可缩短患者痊愈时间,减少并发症的发生及患者痛苦,在临床上具有一定应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of quality nursing on perioperative period of primary varicose veins of lower extremities. Methods A total of 120 patients with primary varicose veins diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in the control group received routine care, and 60 patients in the study group received quality care. The patient’s clinical symptom relief time and the incidence of complications. Results In the study group, the clinical symptoms of the numbness of the calf were decreased(3.25±1.06)months,the disappearance time of the ulcer surface(1.76±2.14)weeks, and the disappearance time of the subcutaneous hematoma(2.36±1.23)weeks was shorter than that of the control group, and complications occurred. The rate of 3.33% was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing in patients with primary lower extremity varices can shorten the recovery time, reduce the occurrence of complications and patient suffering, and has certain application value in clinical practice.
