DR技术对股骨头缺血坏死的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of DR Technique for Avascular Necrosis of the Femorahead

目的股骨头缺血坏死患者应用DR(数字化摄影)技术的诊断价值分析。方法选取2017年8月—2018年8月诊治的45例(50个股骨头)股骨头缺血坏死患者临床资料,患者均采用DR(数字化摄影)技术,分析患者DR特征及不同时期诊断率情况。结果经过跟踪病程观察确诊45例(50个股骨头)中,初期5个,早期15个,中期19个,晚期11个,中期、晚期的诊断准确率100.00%,初期是0.00%,早期为33.33%。结论股骨头缺血坏死患者应用DR(数字化摄影)技术诊断,对初早期检测不甚理想,但对中晚期患者诊断准确率比较高,临床可结合其他诊断技术合理应用。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of DR(digital photography) technique in patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods Clinical data of 45 patients(50 femoral heads) with avascular necrosis of the femoral head were selected from August 2017 to August 2018. Patients were evaluated by DR(digital photography) technique to analyze the characteristics of patients with DR and the diagnostic rate at different times. Results Of the 45 patients(50 femoral heads) diagnosed by follow-up, 5 were early, 15 were early, 19 were in mid-term, and 11 were in advanced stage. The diagnostic accuracy was 100.00% in the middle and late stages, 0.00% in the initial stage and 33.33%in the early stage. Conclusion The diagnosis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head by DR(digital photography) technique is not ideal for early detection, but the diagnostic accuracy of middle and late patients is relatively high, and the clinical application can be combined with other diagnostic techniques.
