唑来膦酸与降钙素治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的疗效对比

Comparison of the Efficacy of Zoledronic Acid and Calcitonin in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的观察对比唑来膦酸与降钙素对老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折疗效的影响。方法选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折的68例老年患者,将其平均分成对照组34例术后采用降钙素治疗。研究组34例术后采用唑来膦酸治疗,并对两组治疗后的临床疗效进行对比观察。结果研究组治疗后患者腰椎、髋部骨密度明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种药物对术后愈合时间的影响无明显差异,但唑来膦酸在改善骨钙素水平、增加骨密度方面效果明显优于降钙素,建议在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of zoledronic acid and calcitonin on the treatment of osteoporotic femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. Methods Sixty-eight elderly patients with osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled. The patients were divided into the control group and 34 patients were treated with calcitonin. The study group was treated with zoledronic acid in 34 cases,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and hip in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in postoperative healing time between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the effect of two drugs on postoperative healing time. However, zoledronic acid is superior to calcitonin in improving osteocalcin level and increasing bone mineral density. It is recommended to be widely used in clinic.
