中药足浴配合穴位贴敷对妇科术后促进胃肠功能恢复的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Acupoint Application on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery after Gynecological Surgery

目的探究中药足浴配合穴位贴敷对妇科术后促进胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将2016年8月—2018年8月在该院接受妇科手术的患者分为两组。对照组采用常规西医治疗。观察组采用中药足浴配合穴位贴敷的方法。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的70.0%;观察组患者的术后排气时间与排便时间均明显早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科手术后采用中药足浴配合穴位贴敷的方法能够有效促进患者的胃肠功能恢复,效果显著,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint application on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after gynecological surgery. Methods Patients undergoing gynecological surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint application. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.0, which was higher than that in the control group,and the postoperative exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with acupoint application after gynecological surgery can effectively promote the disease. Gastrointestinal function recovery, the effect is remarkable,worth popularizing use.
