踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联分离的护理干预效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Ankle Fracture Combined with Separation of Lower Tibiofibular Syndesmosis

目的研究分析踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联分离的护理干预效果。方法随机性的抽取2017年9—2018年5月在该院进行踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联分离手术治疗的40例患者,将全部患者按照平均性原则实施分组,即划分成对照组和实验组两组,每组患者20例。对照组患者接受医院常规护理,实验组患者则主要在围手术期接受院方的综合护理干预,患者在不同护理模式下,术后并发症和护理满意度情况均表现不同,对比分析两组护理干预效果。结果实验组应用综合护理干预手段,患者出现并发症的概率为5%,明显低于对照组的20%;且实验组对院方的护理工作总满意度为100%,显著高于对照组的85%。两组临床结果的实验对比明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对踝骨骨折合并下胫腓联分离治疗患者应用综合护理干预方法 ,可以有效降低患者出现并发症的概率,同时提高患者及其家属的护理满意度,总体治疗效果好,在临床实践中值得做进一步的推广研究和应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on ankle fracture combined with separation of distal tibiofibular joint. Methods 40 patients with ankle fracture combined with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis were randomly selected from September 2017 to May 2018. All patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of averageness, i.e. control group and experimental group, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine hospital care, while patients in the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention mainly in the perioperative period. Patients in different nursing modes showed different complications and nursing satisfaction. The effect of nursing intervention between the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of complications was 5% in the experimental group, which was lower than 20% in the control group, and the total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 100%, which was significantly higher than 85% in the control group. Two groups of clinical results of the experimental contrast is obvious, the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with ankle fracture combined with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis separation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families. The overall treatment effect is good. It is worthy of further research and application in clinical practice.
