早期康复护理干预对老年下肢骨折患者治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance of Elderly Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture

目的分析早期康复护理干预对老年下肢骨折患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2015年3月—2018年3月该院收治的120例老年下肢骨折患者,随机分成两组,对照组60例常规护理,研究组60例早期康复护理,比较两组治疗依从性及自我护理能力。结果研究组总依从性95.00%比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组健康知识(49.36±4.36)分、自护技能(29.25±2.46)分及自护责任感、自我概念均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年下肢骨折患者中运用早期康复护理干预可对患者治疗依从性具有积极影响,可提高患者自我护理能力,在临床上具有一定应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on the treatment compliance of elderly patients with lower extremity fracture.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. 60 patients in the control group received routine nursing care, and 60 patients in the study group received early rehabilitation care. Group height,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention in elderly patients with lower extremity fractures can have a positive impact on patient compliance, improve patient self-care ability, and have certain application value in clinical practice.
