右美托咪定辅助腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉在单侧下肢骨科手术应用效果分析

Effect of Dexmedetomidine Assisted Lumbar Plexus Combined with Sciatic Nerve Block Anesthesia in Unilateral Lower Extremity Orthopedic Surgery

目的分析右美托咪定辅助腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉在单侧下肢骨科手术应用效果。方法取2017年5月—2018年5月在该院就诊的80例确诊为单侧下肢骨折患者,随机分成两组,对照组40例腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉,研究组40例在对照组基础上加右美托咪定辅助,比较两组用药效果及阻滞时间指标。结果研究组与对照组相比麻醉效果,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组阻滞完成时间(16.25±4.01)min、阻滞起效时间(16.63±2.24)min、阻滞失败时间(4.65±1.34)min均比对照组用时短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定辅助腰丛联合坐骨神经阻滞麻醉对麻醉效果无影响,可减少患者阻滞时间指标,临床应用具一定用药价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine-assisted lumbar plexus combined with sciatic nerve block anesthesia in unilateral lower extremity orthopedic surgery. Methods Eighty patients with unilateral lower extremity fractures who were diagnosed in our hospital from May2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received 40 cases of lumbar plexus combined with sciatic nerve block anesthesia, and the study group 40 patients in the control group. Based on the addition of dexmedetomidine, the effects of the two groups of drugs and the time of block were compared. Results There was no significant difference in anesthetic effect between the study group and the control group,the different was statistically significant(P >0.05), but the completion time of the study group(16.25±4.01) min, the onset time(16.63±2.24) min, and the failure time of the block.(4.65±1.34) min was shorter than the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine-assisted lumbar plexus combined with sciatic nerve block anesthesia has no effect on anesthesia, which can reduce the time-blocking index of patients. The clinical application has certain drug value.
