摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理对三踝骨折患者术后疼痛及满意度的影响。方法回顾分析2016年6月—2018年6月在医院收治的100例三踝骨折患者的临床资料,观察组给予舒适护理,对照组给予常规护理。结果观察组的术后VAS评分和满意度更好,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对三踝骨折患者采取积极的舒适护理可显著改善术后疼痛症状,提升护理的满意度,值得广泛推广。
Objective To explore the effect of comfort care on postoperative pain and satisfaction of patients with three ankle fractures. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with trimalleolar fracture treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The observation group was given comfortable nursing while the control group was given routine nursing. Results The VAS score and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the observation group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Positive comfort nursing for patients with trimalleolar fracture can significantly improve the pain symptoms and improve the satisfaction of nursing, which is worthy of wide promotion.
